After hearing the “office is closed” message please continue to hold. When prompted select the option to connect to our emergency flight only team who will endeavour to assist you.
IF YOUR FLIGHT IS CANCELLED AND YOU HAVE NOT YET CHECKED IN OR ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT

IF YOUR FLIGHT IS CANCELLED OR DELAYED AND YOU HAVE CHECKED IN OR YOU ARE AT THE AIRPORT
- Work with the airline staff at the airport. If there is a line, it is suggested that you also call the airline directly as this may be a quicker alternative.
- Many airlines will also alert you of flight irregularities via their mobile app or the email you may have provided. You may be able to rebook your flights through the airline’s mobile app. New boarding passes will need to be obtained.
- If you are calling outside of business hours, within your Edocs there is a contact information page which lists your hotel or ship phone numbers, so you can advise them of your new flight arrangements.
- Alternatively, call this number for an Option to connect you to an out-of-hours Flight-only team who will endeavour to assist you. Please note this team can only assist with Flights and are not able to find alternative accommodation or make arrangements for you to reach your final destination.
IF YOU ARE ON HOLIDAY AND YOUR RETURN FLIGHT IS CANCELLED OR DELAYED
As your journey has already started from the UK, you will need to work with the airline locally for a suitable flight to return home.
Please note if the airline-suggested alternative flight is not suitable, call our number above, if out of hours there will be an option to connect to an emergency Flight team who may be able to assist you further.
Any out of pocket expenses will need to be claimed directly with the airline who is responsible.
